"This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. The contract that I signed says Hawx pest control company covers 200 insects. They were running a promo for $49 promo for the 1st visit and $50 per month for 11 months (approximately $600). After the first visit, he told me that he didn't cover a German roaches and I would have to pay an extra $800 on top of what I had already agreed to pay--even though roaches were included in the original contract. His name is Chris and he is a manager for Hawx pest control. He wouldn't compromise or help at all. He just said he would refund my money and walked out. "

"Overall process was great. I reached out and had a response within the hour. I called and explained what I needed. No sales pitch, just great service. Had me scheduled for the same day. Raul came out, removed the two animals and did a review of the house with suggestions to help seal and prevent. Very good service all around and fair pricing. I would call these folks again if I have another issue. Highly recommend them."

"They lied and took my money. I was told I had a level 2 in a rental house I only lived in for 3 months. I paid over $200 and still saw roaches every day. The tech said I wouldn’t take them with me if I moved because it wasn’t that bad. Moved into a brand new house and saw a roach in the kitchen within 3 days. When I called to see if they would help me, the rep on the phone was very rude and unprofessional and basically said no but would have someone call me. I reached out for help only to be robbed and to have to pay someone else for the same thing. Don’t hire these guys, they don’t care about their customers after they get their money."
