"Lucas was amazing to work with. Got us a deal on a new kitchen sink and offered a match on the faucet when we found it cheaper elsewhere. Very prompt and excellent service. Will definitely hire again in the future."

"My service technician, Mason, arrived on time and got straight to work. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it, and prior to doing it. He arrived with another associate, and both men were very nice. I like the fact that they’re thoroughly explain everything and don’t try to pressure you into buying anything at the very end. He fully explained that in a few months I would be due for another filter, but that everything else was OK. He also explained what would happen if I did not change the filter which was helpful. I would highly recommend Cardinal if you are in need of heating or air conditioning repair or service."

"Drain was cleaned and good to go in just a few minutes."

Atkinson Maintenance is more than just a maintenance company we do everything from HVAC service and Maintenance to your small handyman jobs and "honey to do lists"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Cain and his crew came and did a great job mounting my TV above my fireplace and installing an electrical outlet. They were fast and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was working before they left. I would definitely recommend!"

"The over all went great!!! He did a great job at installing both:) A+++++ to who ever uses his services."

I was very pleased with the way the kitchen project progressed. The painters came first and painted walls and cabinets, then Kirt and Sean started their work. They installed a new wood floor with such attention to detail it was as though they were creating a work of art.
We had several unusual requests such as removing an oven from a stone wall and then changing the remaining hole into a built in bookshelf and designing a building 5 open shelves with decorative corbels and repurposing an unused closet into a pantry.
We were thrilled with the results, and the thing we appreciated most is they both kept telling us that the job was not over until we were perfectly satisfied with every detail; and they were true to their word!

.Their prices were very reasonable and they were a delight to work with. Both Kirt and Sean were friendly, helpful and intent on pleasing. They were very punctual and reliable and at they end of the day everything was left neat and orderly.
I truly can't think of one negative experience we had with them.
I thank Angie's List, because it was there that we got Kirt's name. I would definitely recommend him and use him any time the need for his services should arise.
