"I had to replace a part of the lawn because the Bermuda grass had died due to lack of sunlight. I contacted Arbor View primarily based on the reviews on Angies list. They clearly explained the options to fix the issues and recommended replacing the sod with St. Augustine as it was a better fit for the yard conditions. Once the sod was ordered, they kept me informed on the progress (it had to be delivered from the Houston area) and were punctual with the appointment. Installation was done professionally and the yard looks great now. No issues whatsoever."

"I have a large commercial type zero-turn diesel riding lawn mower. I was looking for someone to do routine maintenance on it as well as trouble shoot a recurring and intermittent stalling problem. The dealership charges me quite a lot just to haul the mower to their location and I had some problems with them solving a battery issue, a steering issue, and they never did figure out the stalling issue. I usually pick people on Angie's list with lots of reviews. Mr. Brewster had only a few reviews but they were all good. The fact that he makes house calls - that was a huge incentive for me to try him out. And I am glad I did! He performed all the maintenance and did an excellent job troubleshooting the stalling problem. I had forgotten about the steering issue and he said, "hey I think this steering needs to be tightened up" and he fixed it better than the dealership had in the past. I thought the price was extremely reasonable especially compared to what I've been spending at the dealership over the years. A couple of weeks later I had a problem with my Toro push mower. He came right out and fixed that too for under $100. I will definitely be calling him in the future for all mower maintenance needs and highly recommend him."
