"On 4.17.2018 Condren Tree Service removed a very big Cedar Elm tree and pruned a China Berry tree in my backyard. I have been a Condren Tree Service customer for 20 years. When I need tree services I think of Condren Tree a family owned and operated business in Parker, TX for over 20 years. . They do excellant work. The prices are fair. The workers showed up on time on the scheduled work day. They removed the Cedar Elm, grined and removed the stump and roots. They pruned the China Berry. All the branches were chipped. They left the area very clean. The workers are very professional, pleasant and respectful. They truly are tree experts. "I had a large limb that fell during one of the recent storms.  The heavy end was still 25 feet up in the tree.  I messaged this provider through Angie's list, and they were knocking on my door within the hour to look over the job.  The quote was reasonable and when I asked how soon they could start he said they could start that moment.  30 minutes later the limb was cut up and stacked neatly at the curb for bulk trash pickup. Cleanup was beyond expectations. I will certainly contact Andy's tree service the next time I need help.  "

We have many mature trees that require frequent trimming. There are Live Oaks, Red Oaks, Crape Myrtles, Elms, Yaupon, and Japanese Maple. Over the years I have used several tree services, with mixed results.

I heard about S&P from neighbors who were very pleased with their work. I requested an estimate. Jesse came the next day. I was very impressed with his professional manner and the courtesy he showed me. The estimate was fair so we made an agreement.

The work was completed easily in one day with a large crew. Jesse was available throughout the day to make sure the work was being done to my satisfaction. The crew showed the same degree of professionalism and courtesy as I had seen from Jesse.

"As usual, Mr. Sosa and his team did a wonderful job for us. We had over 10 diseased trees removed from our property, all over 30ft high. Additionally, we had a major tree trimming job performed on the rest of the mature growth trees on our multiple acre property which had not been properly maintained for one, maybe two, decades. The job required expert care and professional judgement the entire time as many of these trees have grown over the cedar shake roof on both my house and barn. Mr. Sosa's team were punctual on all three days and maintained cleanliness of the work sites when finished. The asked for my inspection and approval before leaving each day, and made it a point to regularly check in with me before addressing difficult portions of the job (e.g., trimming overhangs onto my neighbor's property). "Very well. The owner came to look over my trees, was VERY informative and detailed, even gave me lawn care advice. We scheduled the service, and right on time, his crew showed up(with him) and performed the work. The trees look PHENOMENAL. Clean, letting more light in, off the roof, etc. Only thing I'd say was LESS than perfect, was at one point one of the limbs fell on my wife's Canna plants. Thankfully it only broke one stalk, and they have recovered fine. Also--I'd have preferred to have the "pruning sealer" sprayed on the trunk where the large limbs were cut off. Lastly--although they used a giant chipper to remove all the wood, there was still some little twigs/sticks across the front yard. I went back and picked them up. Overall--very happy with David and his team."
