"We have used Condren's service for a number of years.  Mr. Condren called us with the estimate for trimming the two trees and then called the day  before they were trimmed. Trimmings were fed to a chipper and the yard was cleaned up before they left.  The trees have a very nice shape and look good.

Especially useful since we are selling the home and it was barely visible from the street due to low-hanging branches. We have many mature trees that require frequent trimming. There are Live Oaks, Red Oaks, Crape Myrtles, Elms, Yaupon, and Japanese Maple. Over the years I have used several tree services, with mixed results.

I heard about S&P from neighbors who were very pleased with their work. I requested an estimate. Jesse came the next day. I was very impressed with his professional manner and the courtesy he showed me. The estimate was fair so we made an agreement.

The work was completed easily in one day with a large crew. Jesse was available throughout the day to make sure the work was being done to my satisfaction. The crew showed the same degree of professionalism and courtesy as I had seen from Jesse.

After the trimming, all the debris was removed carefully.

"As usual, Mr. Sosa and his team did a wonderful job for us. We had over 10 diseased trees removed from our property, all over 30ft high. Additionally, we had a major tree trimming job performed on the rest of the mature growth trees on our multiple acre property which had not been properly maintained for one, maybe two, decades. The job required expert care and professional judgement the entire time as many of these trees have grown over the cedar shake roof on both my house and barn. Mr. Sosa's team were punctual on all three days and maintained cleanliness of the work sites when finished. The asked for my inspection and approval before leaving each day, and made it a point to regularly check in with me before addressing difficult portions of the job (e.g., trimming overhangs onto my neighbor's property). "Very well. The owner came to look over my trees, was VERY informative and detailed, even gave me lawn care advice. We scheduled the service, and right on time, his crew showed up(with him) and performed the work. The trees look PHENOMENAL. Clean, letting more light in, off the roof, etc. Only thing I'd say was LESS than perfect, was at one point one of the limbs fell on my wife's Canna plants. Thankfully it only broke one stalk, and they have recovered fine. Also--I'd have preferred to have the "pruning sealer" sprayed on the trunk where the large limbs were cut off. Lastly--although they used a giant chipper to remove all the wood, there was still some little twigs/sticks across the front yard. I went back and picked them up. Overall--very happy with David and his team."
