"The company was able to do same day service - within a couple hours of my calling them. I asked questions about the damage up in the attic, but didn't get full responses. I am assuming that I need to replace some insulation, and the cover to the vent outside. The company told me they "duct taped up the vent area" - so not real sure what that means - will I have issues with my bathrooms? But for now if the birds are gone, I'm happy. And if they stay away, I'll be even happier."

"Brian came out on a Friday and set a couple trap in the crawlspace, then checked around the house for openings and found a couple which he repaired. He got a small racoon that night and had to wait til Monday to reset the traps. This time he got a big racoon. If they are healthy he takes them to a release area. He came back on Tues. to set the trap again and on Wed. checked and did not have anymore racoons. If I hear anything he will come back with traps at no cost to me unless we catch something. Brian is the nicest guy ever. Very clean and efficient. This company is very humane and caring."

"My wife and I have a problem with a groundhog that is eating all of her plants. I thought I could put out a trap and catch this little critter myself. I then planned to take it to some property up north and release the groundhog. Unfortunately, my nightmare came true when I checked the trap the next morning, a Sunday morning mind you, and I saw a skunk. In fact, the first time I looked I was not sure so I went in the house and woke up a little more before returning to confirm that it is indeed a skunk. We called all of the animal control agencies on Angie's list, and the ones that were not from the yellow pages. We called around 8:30 in the morning and left messages everywhere. Mike was the only one who called me back, and by 10:00 a.m. the skunk was gone, and so was my $125.00. I am thrilled that Mike was willing to call me back and work on Sunday when we needed him. Not quite sure what I am going to do about that ground hog now."
