"We have had Frank and his employees clean the carpets in pour previous property many times.  Most recently we were having the carpets cleaned after a renter moved out and we were putting the property up for sale.  The best way I can describe their work is to say that it is true to their name, "Like New Again".  In fact each time we have had them out to clean our carpets the carpets looked brand new again.  The technicians were very knowledgable and cautioned us appropriately on tough stains after the renters had moved out.  However, all the stains came up.  They have always been prompt and always give us a follow up call to make sure everything went well.  Even though we have never had any problems with the service, I am confident that Frank would fix anything that we found lacking. <br />"

"We were very pleased with the service, both at the store as we selected the tiles, and with the installation. A subcontractor did the install, but the individual who estimated and the installers who did the work were very professional and easy to have around the house. The floor is beautiful, and the work they put into the whole process really shows. We did have a miscommunication at the outset when the installation crew didn't know that we wanted the old vinyl floor and subfloor removed, but that was resolved with a minor adjustment in cost, and the crew worked the extra day of labor into their schedule and finished on time. The installers also seem to have done a very nice job of taking care of some ugly squeaks and non-level places in the floor. The price was very fair for the work and the product, but I wouldn't call it a bargain. <br />"

He showed us a great carpet and padding and gave us an unbeatable price!! He was very professional and friendly. There was some pet damage so he recommended to seal the floor with kilz. Ron and Tom did great on the installation they were kind and did outstanding work! Highly recommend. Went above and beyond to make sure we were very happy with the whole process. "I have been in this house for 14 years, and I have used them twice a year every year. My carpeting always comes out looking brand new. They were out about a month ago, and they did a wonderful job. In the mean time I had men coming in and going out, that were painting and everything, and my dog had an accident on the carpeting.So, I had them come out on Saturday and they took care of it, it was perfect. So they came out only because of me, not because of them. Just for them to come out just that one time and do what I needed them to do it cost $45.00. I only have carpet in the living room, dining room, and hallway. Usually, it cost me about $130.00. I refer my friends to this cleaning service all the time because there could be nobody better. As I said when they leave, my carpet is over 14 years old, it looks like brand new carpet. Granted, the carpeting is good or it wouldn't look like brand new carpet, but it looks great."
