"If you have come across this profile you need not look any further. Dan is the consummate contractor of your dreams. When people ask me how my contractor was for my full house renovation and I respond with "he was incredible" they can't believe it. But it is true. Dan and his team completed a full house renovation for me and my family in the summer of 2019. The project was detailed, multifaceted (structural beam replacement, all new electrical, plumbing, new master bath, brand new kitchen, HVAC, half bath and first floor, fireplace, attic, full house painting, etc.). He completed this on time, yes ON TIME because he planned it out and executed it. He shared his gantt chart so we could see how all the pieces fit and stayed true to the plan. His communication was great, he was a great thought partner and expert to accomplish the finish we wanted, brought in a designer for the kitchen layout and master bath, a structural engineer for the beam, etc. and was in touch with us to keep us on track! With additions and changes we still completed the project in just over 3 months. He always had someone working and made sure all of the orders were in place so no delays we caused. This was a 1,600sq foot home. He was not only reasonable with his fee, we got his expertise, good nature, and quality work. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!"

"<p>I am selling my 200+ year old house in Mendham Township, NJ and in order to meet the buyer's purchase conditions, it became necessary to repair/replace the roof and mitigate the occasional water seepage in the basement.  I had use Chapelwood previously on another job and knew the quality and speed of their work so I called them first for consultation and cost estimates.  They responded immediately and I quickly had their opinion on the scope and cost of the repair work which I found to be very reasonable and acceptable.</p> <p>Chapelwood excavated a corner of the basement where water leaked in, installed a sump pump basin and sump pump electric unit, a drain in front of the boiler at the lowest spot on the floor and fed it into the sump pump basin and installed a pvc drain pipe from the sump pump through the foundation wall to the outside yard. Outside the house, they redirected two downspouts away from the house. All work was completed in less than 2 days and within just 1 week of signing the Contractor Agreement.  There was a heavy rain since then, but no seepage in the basement...I'm very happy with the results.  </p> <p>I took their advice of fully replacing the 25+ year old roof rather than spot fixes here and there and that job was also done quickly and well.</p> <p>All work was done quickly and professionally by very competent workers and I found dealing with them to be a pleasure.  This was all a "rush" job and Chapelwood was able to work me into their schedule in order to meet the closing date for the sale of the home.  </p> <p>I would absolutely use these guys again.</p>"

"The kitchen looks awesome. The backsplash was half done by us but not correctly so it needed to be taken down and re-done. A full day was spent on the kitchen and the moulding. Dave arrived on time for both the estimate and the day of the repairs. We have more we'd like to do to the house in the future and will definitely reach out to Dave when we are ready."
