"Blake got the job done quickly and efficiently, in spite of triple digit temps. His bid was reasonable and very fair. He answered all my questions clearly and in detail, and I was impressed by his knowledge of the matter at hand. When he finished, he explained the workings of the new water heater in layman terms. I would highly recommend Blake for any of your plumbing needs, big or small."

"I had a different company the first day and they could not find the the water line leak in the yard. Then even tried using compressed gas. Lucky for me the owner of APS, Julian, had called and convinced me they could find it and told me the exact amount the repair would cost, which was a lot less than others quotes. I told the first company I found another and paid them for their 3 hours of service with 3 guys - but only one would work at a time. Texas APS sent out one guy. He actually worked instead of standing around or talking into a cell phone. Julian came by around 12:30 and while we were talking the worker stopped for a break after digging for hours. Julian the boss asked, taking a break, huh? And the guy was like yeh, I'm taking a break because it is a good time to. Julian said "It is?" And the worker said, yeh, I found the leak. I immediately said you're joking, but he showed us. The owner was so happy he took the worker out for lunch. But the Julian was sure all along he would find it. They had a bad experience once working for Julian's brother in law. It took them 5 days of digging to find the leak, but they learned a lot from that experience. I was so happy with their work I will have them out again to install a new drain on our water heater and will hire them when our 17- year old water heater needs replaced."

"3 Plumbers & Dad LLC were excellent to work with. I needed to get a Pressure Reducing Valve installed because the PSI on the water pressure from the main line to the house was too high. I found them through Angie's list, and called to set up an appointment for the quote. They have a really user friendly reminder system so after calling I got an automated email with the date/time and they arrived on time for the appointment. After that initial visit Teresa sent me 4 quotes! The first had just the work I initially called about, installing the PRV. The other 3 had additional options based on their best practice recommendations - such as installing a Thermal Expansion Tank to prevent PRV discharge and replacing the flexible piping on my water heater with solder weld copper. Each quote had a different price point and thorough explanation of each component so I could make a well informed decision and pick the option that best suited my needs and budget. I chose to upgrade the project from just the PRV to the PRV along with the Thermal Expansion Tank and Copper piping. The install went very well, again sent me an appointment reminder and were on time for the install appointment. They were very professional and showed me the work and the new location for shutting off the main line in the event of an emergency after the PRV install. I highly recommend working with them, I will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!"

"Justin’s services went above and beyond. He did an excellent job replacing and having to readjust my pipes. I will be using Austin plumbing Express for all my properties from now on. Excellent work and arrived quickly to remediate my situation. Very Thankful."

"Andrew was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. He was able to replace all of the broken things that needed replacement without issue. He also discovered and fixed the leak at the service connection point. We have noticed increased water pressure after this repair. He also was able to recommend multiple options to better address the hard water that we deal with, and give us an estimate on the health and remaining lifespan of our water heaters. We will call him first in the future."

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"The technician quickly determined that the pump wasn't working and replaced it."

"Excellent result under difficult conditions of temperatures and narrow ceiling stairway. Blue Ribbon personnel had to disassemble air handler to remove old unit and to install new air handler. All work completed in one day . This unit was a 5 ton heat pump by Goodman $12,948. 10 year parts warranty and 1 year labor warranty. One year maintenance/inspection membership. Same day response to failure with complete installation the next day. Operational at end of installation day. Lewis Thompson Maintenance Supervisor Holy Cross Lutheran Church Austin, TX"

"Had a leak where my water heater is located, I could not find it so go in touch with Magnum Plumbing. They answered my call (did not have to leave a message for call back), we scheduled a time for them to be there and they showed up on time. Once they got there they wasted no time in identifying where the leak was (one of the top fittings) and fixed it by replacing it. Very efficient and high quality work."
