"IIt went well from start to finish with Speedy Septic and we were <br /> very happy with their  services. <br /> We were overdue to have our septic tank pumped but did not know where our <br /> septic tank was located and had not been able to get a map from the county. We <br /> had previously called a different septic tank company our neighbor had used. <br /> They came out and because an inspection port could not be located pulled our <br /> toilette and put down a camera. Then they went outside and located where they <br /> thought our septic tank was and we put up flags. They thought it was over 4 <br /> feet down so wanted to call in an excavation crew, which we did not want to do. <br /> I was advised to call them once the septic tank lid was located and they would <br /> pump it out but I would likely need to call someone else to put in the riser <br /> due to their schedule. We decided to have our landscape gardener do some <br /> digging to try and locate the tank but that was not successful. <br /> We decided to go on Angies List and find a different septic tank <br /> company that could do the entire job. Speedy Septic had great reviews so we <br /> called them and I was told they could do the job from start to finish. While I <br /> was on the phone they went out on the internet and located a map for our septic <br /> tank and sent it to me for no charge before I had decided to use their <br /> services. We hired them and they came out within a few days. In less than 15 <br /> minutes they had located our septic tank lid about two feet below ground by using <br /> the map, a probe and looking at the slope of our lawn. It was about 25 feet <br /> away from where the previous septic tank company had told us it would be. In <br /> less than an hour they had located and uncovered our septic tank lid and both <br /> drain field inspection ports on our lower lawn with a minimum of digging because <br /> their location skills are excellent. They pumped our tank and were done with <br /> the job in about two hours. They explained everything to me in detail and <br /> answered all my questions. They also explained how our septic tank works and <br /> how to care for it in the future. I was offered the option of having risers <br /> installed and they explained they would need to obtain the parts and have a <br /> team come back to install the risers (which was an additional charge). We had <br /> them come back to install the risers and again they did an excellent job and <br /> also made every effort to accommodate my schedule and answer all my questions.  <br />"

That also went under the house to replace a small section of galvanized drain pipe with a plastic pipe.Our kitchen drain is draining great. It turns out that the vent in the drain was plugged.
