"Workers were very polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and were tidy the 3 1/2 days on site. Rich Dunne was very responsive when issues arose and made accommodations when requested. We decided at the last minute to replace our roof windows. Didn't even get a quote before-hand - we were that comfortable we were not going to be gouged. And we weren't. I carefully reviewed work as it was performed and found it to be truly quality work. By the way - we had many estimates but Rich was the one we chose because there was no guesswork. No speculation. Worst case scenario price was provided. Given the horrible condition our roof was in, that was comforting. I highly recommend this company. <br />"

"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. I've already recommended them privately to 2 friends who are ready to redo their own roofs."

"WOW!!! Words cannot express how blown away we were by Juan and his team (Armando and Daniel worked on our project) at completely residing our home. Starting with the bid process, Juan was the only contractor who brought out materials for us to actually visually see the differences of why he prefers to work with some products over others and to also show how his crew will use the products to ensure that the home is protected against the weather. After completely walking the home with us and actively listening to our ideas, he made gentle suggestions based on his industry experience and current design trends. He was never pushy or arrogant. We loved his ideas and incorporated them into our design. Beth, his Admin Assistant, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always available to us and we felt like she could answer any question we had as well as Juan could!! Juan and his crew were great stewards of the construction materials and our budget!!! We noticed early on that they had created a "scrap pile" so that usable smaller pieces would not go to waste on smaller repair sections of our home. We appreciated that they did not grab a new sheet of plywood for every repair considering the cost of wood these days. They saved us sooooo much money doing this! We are so grateful!!!!! The craftsmanship and skill level of everyone involved, including the painters, completely transformed our home from one in desperate need of repair to a dream home worthy to be bragged about! We cannot recommend this company enough and look forward to working with them again when the time comes to replace our doors, redo our deck, and install some fencing! Thank you JLV!!!!"

"in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got."

"The 2 workers worked really well together and quickly (2 days) - they did the doorframe in our old house (which had a problem they fixed) , fixed the old small deck, added handrails and made it smooth and ready (replaced boards, etc) for painting. Also finished the sub-floor gaps, etc. in the new room to get it ready for the carpet installer. Very pleased with work and price."
