"They were on time to repair 2 outdoor faucets. I gave them a good star vs. excellent because I didn't have the opportunity to test their work. They had it all wrapped up, with instructions that the wrap had to be cut off, so I'm really not sure what all was done. We will come back later to report in the warmer months ahead."

"I got in contact on the phone about three days prior to set up an appt. The Thursday came around and they were in my front door. They explained to me the process in order to test and do diagnosis. They said they'd have to replace the "ball valve" which was pretty old because otherwise it might break...besides the fitting were different. So they'd have to replace the old with new. I probably could have found someone at a much cheaper price but if I had started earlier dealing with this issue. I had my mind set that I would get that job done. Even if I had to do the hard work myself and have someone after me and do the easy stuff. Well this A-Solutions company they didn't go for that. One side had to give in. I gave in and let them finish the job that they had already started since I no longer had access to water. Got to know your business to do your business. This company do know their business well. They replaced a whole new main water line from the meter to my home...they didn't have to deal with taking out the old water line. The digging was done in one afternoon...and the following day was just the finishing touches."

"Responsiveness was good. The work was good. I gave four stars instead of five stars for the following reason. After the replacing the pipe to my house, the water was turned on for us while we waited for the city inspection. Which was nice. However, as I was leaving for work the next morning, a water geyser was shooting up from the work area. I grabbed a wrench, used a screw driver to remove the water meter cover, and searched for the shut-off valve with water up to my elbows and shoes and pants getting soaked. I got the valve shut off. The water kept coming. That didn't make sense to me until the geyser stopped all of a sudden. It was coming from the neighbors sprinkler head, which was missing, which was right in the tug-out trench. I asked the plumber later if they had knocked the sprinkler head off as they were digging the trench and he said no, that it was already missing a head as they had came across it. Well that would have been nice to know. I could have told the neighbor not to run their sprinkler. I could have gone to work with dry shoes. I will give Plumber Near Me Kudo's - they did put their own sprinkler head on the neighbors pipe, which was nice."

"Jacob did a very good job fixing the mess of another plumber. Now the pipe is no longer leaking as of this morning. I had two estimates from two different plumbers, but Jacob's Estimate was the best. The other guys wanted to charge me to do more than what was required, but when J&R Plumbing came they told me don't worry, we will take care of it right now. Jacob fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes. He also offered a guaranty, if it leaks again I just call him. I highly recommend J&R Plumbing."
