"Wildlife Task force / Robert - Wonderful! I called about 5 a.m. in the morning, desperate because I live in a townhouse community and I thought maybe they might be able to assist, but they only handle bugs, not snakes! I have 2 sweet guinea pigs, so I was very concerned for them. Between 2 and 3 a.m. on 3/1, I discovered a Black Racer behind my dresser. close to 4 feet long - I have never had a snake in my house! I was not able to find anyone that was legit open 24/7 emergency. I didn't know to look up his company, because I have never had this issue, not that I want the issue again, no offense. But he picked up, and I'm so grateful! He was able to get here about 7 a.m., because was very heavy. But he was able to get the snake and I tried to basically barricade him in my bedroom as best I could. He had not been in my house long, was Robert's thought. Nor did the Black Racer seem aware of the girls downstairs and vice versa, thankfully. I have a suspicion though of how he got in, per Robert's theory, and I'm not taking any chances. My HOA company will be hearing from me to put a cover on the roof vents. My intention is to suggest Robert/Wildlife Task Force to do it. :)"

"Dave came to my house right on time, listened to my concerns, and promptly evaluated the issue. He took his time, pointed out areas around my home that could be contributing to the problem, and then sprayed and did all he had to do inside and outside of my home. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have worked with Suncoast before and have been pleased with their work . I have a one year contract with them and will be able to contact them whenever needed during the term of the contract"

"A raccoon intruded in the attic of a house and Trapper John was contacted for emergency service as a family was living in the home. Although the issue was eventually resolved I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND due to my experience with the team from contact to the technicians. What went wrong: 1. Not sure if he still works there, but, my primary phone contact was Scott. He was rude a few times throughout the days it took to resolve this issue. 2. I believe due to the nature of their work commonly being emergency services they are able to overcharge especially by offering a price on the spot during the consultation. 3. Technician and phone contact assured me the issue would be resolved within 24 hours and the issue persisted for over 72 hours with me having to continually follow up for updates on their plan to resolve this issue. 4. The technician did not properly secure a hole he had to open in the ceiling of the house to remove baby raccoons and endangered a family living there when one fell through into the living room. 5. Terrible recommendations knowing a family was living in the home: After having difficulties capturing them, a suggestion was made to "leave baby raccoons in the attic to die and let the house air out", a suggestion was made to cut a hole in the roof at 8:30pm on a Sunday with no plan/ability repair it immediately. 6. Part of the service was replacing soffit vents for prevention and when I stopped by the house after service was complete several vents around the house had not been replaced and I had to contact Trapper John to have the technician return and replace those. Overall the job was done and I was given a year long warranty on the raccoon removal and soffit vent replacement. Fortunately, the issue did not reoccur however I would not recommend this company if you find yourself in a similar situation. FYI: A day after posting my review on another platform, I was contacted by a woman at Trapper John and offered a partial refund only if I agreed to remove my review. I refused as I believe it's UNETHICAL and potential customers deserve honest and authentic reviews for the services they pay for. So I will post my honest experience on all platforms I am able."

We provide Bee colony removal and (Killer)honeybee swarm removal service to all of South West Florida. We specialize in removing bees from walls, attics, trees, etc... We have experience removing bees from almost any situation imaginable! In some circumstances where physically accessing the colony is not possible, we also provide a "trap-out" service. Honeybee swarm season in South West Florida begins in April and goes through July-August. When bees swarm, half of the colony splits off and is searching for a new home. Any large cluster of bees without an obvious nest is probably a swarm. These bees have no honey or babies to protect, so they are very gentle. Don't spray them! We are happy to come out and collect them for a very reasonable fee. Once a swarm has decided to move in, (for example, to your attic) removing them becomes a much bigger challenge. But this is what we do best! Once again, PLEASE DO NOT SPRAY BEES WITH A INSECTICIDE! It probably will not kill them all, and it may leave you with a rotting, stick mess (think about what 60-100 lbs of honey would be like as it seeps through the ceiling of your living room) that will attract other pests and cause much more damage. We charge a significant fee on top of our normal rates when we come across a colony that has signs of pesticide damage (it is quite obvious). This is to cover the cost of replacing contaminated equipment that we will not be able to use on other bees. Let us know in advance, and this cost will be reduced.
