I had already spent over a thousand dollars with another septic company to "fix" my problem and they just sat around and never even diagnosed the actual problem, just kept trying to upsell me services that I did not need and my pump kept alarming. "<p>Please see above. It Says it all.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>     Walt installed all face fronts for our shower, 5 jobs in all. Shower head and arm, shower handle, face front plate and cartridge, shower faucet, overflow, and drain along with all parts and sleeves needed to complete the look.  Walt was willing to use our parts along with theirs including a face front plate that they could have charged us nearly twice what I found a substitute for.  In addition he caulked all areas including a space where my round face front plate did not quite fit the square cut-out.  He knew when to use heat to loosen up a tight thread. and I know enough to know he was spot on.</p> <p>     His second job was to put in our supplied lavatory faucet and handles along with caulking to the basin.  He supplied his own supply tubes and explained why they were much better quality than our deteriorated and moldy ones were.</p> <p>     He then returned to the first job and inspected the water supply to the shower and helped determine that the serious collection of water on our slab under our tub was as a result of the original leak and failure of our system as opposed to an additional job(as I feared) that might require redoing all of the drain plumbing or worse yet a new tub and/or waste line replacement to the sewer.</p> <p>     All along the line as he worked, he was helpful, suggestive and very knowledgeable.  This can only happen from some one with years of experience and knowledge to draw on.</p> <p>    ABOVE ALL HE STUCK TO THE AGREED PRICE FROM HIS BOSS EVEN THOUGH THE LABOR WAS FIGURED OVER THE PHONE USING EMAILED PICTURES OF THE ORIGINAL CONDITION.
