"Hugh inspected our old metal flat roof system and acrylic skylights. He provided us with two options: one for repairs and one for complete replacement. Both estimates were for superior materials and were very reasonably priced. He was upfront that we didn't need to replace the entire roof right now, but if we didn't we'd likely have to do more work in a few years. We elected to replace the skylights and do the complete replacement, which included fixing any damaged decking, installing a new base sheet, adding a layer of insulation, and a thick rubber roof system. Since it was March, they were able to schedule the work right away. They arrived early in the morning, removed the old roof and skylights, and put on the new roof system and skylights. They were done by mid-afternoon. The crew was professional, hard-working, and efficient. Most of all, I was impressed with the high quality of their work. They even cleaned up the bits of the paper from under the old roof that inevitably found their way all over from our yard---and our neighbors. I *highly* recommend Keith Roofing! Addendum. A few months later, a contractor had to install two vents for exhaust fans through the beautiful new roof. I wasn't sure how good a job they did, so I sent some photos to Hugh and asked if we could hire him to fix it. He said the other contractor's work would eventually leak, but his guys would come out and install new rubber around the vents---at no charge. Fabulous customer service."

"If you don't want to read all the details below then it point is - Bill matched roofing and siding that was more then 20 years old and it was a challenge! My house is an older house with an asphalt shingled roof and vinyl siding. A new addition was added in 2000. Over the years the roof of the original house had been repaired, the shingles were slightly different in color for each patch. The addition was a slightly different blue for the original house. The house and addition needed help. William Richmond replaced my neighbors roof, it looked so clean and new and perfect! So I asked Bill to give me a quote for the roof and it was within my price range. Looking at the house I realized that this might be the moment to make the addition and the house match. I told Bill I wanted the house's roof to match the addition and that I wanted the house's siding to match the addition. The addition was 21 years old. It was amazing to me to watch a crew member swiftly carry each package of shingles up a very tall ladder to the roof. By the time all the packages were on top of the roof, the barrier shield was laid out. Then each single shingle was laid down and nailed. After all shingles were in place, the crew cleaned up the debris in my yard and in my neighbors’ yards. My new roof looks amazing! Michael contacted me on the day of the install to check on the progress. All went well! I now have a very beautiful roof that I don't have to worry about replacing for at least 25 years. "Extremely well from beginning to end. The written estimate (one of 3) was provided by David Rohrer on 11/25/19 a day or two after an on-time visit to determine my need, measure the windows and explain product choices as well as the process from start to end. After obtaining all 3 estimates, I chose Unicorp on 11/27/19 based on price, product (Vytex vinyl) and most importantly...past experience (Roof, Front Entry-way). The manufacturer's rep (Mike) came on 12/10/19 to measure more precisely and a mid-January 2020 installation was projected. Several calls to keep me updated were made by the installation team/manufacturer's scheduler and installation was scheduled for 01/22/20. The installation team was a 1/2-hour early (7:30am) and thereby was able to complete all the work on a sunny, mid-40 degree day with little wind as darkness closed in. The 3-man installation team team was professional, courteous and careful with both interior and exterior, landscaping, etc., and thoroughly cleaned up the premises, inside and out. The window installation also had to be timed with my home security vendor, both before and after installation and the window crew did was very careful to avoid creating problems. The windows look great, function as promised (mechanically and insulation-wise) and the +$18k was well spent. I highly recommend Unicorp for home energy services (windows, roofing, doors) and if I ever needed siding I would go with them again."

I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights.
