The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. Two coats everywhere, and it looks spectacular. My only negative comment is communication between the painters and the home office was sometimes not as good as it could be, but that was a minor issue."
