I contacted Jon the owner about the situation & he had one of his employees come to my house to fix the issues. This was of no cost to me. I am a satisfied customer & would recommend this company."

"The services were done well.  Unfortunately they missed some things during the initial inspection.  The back flow valve at the house was leaking, which did not get noticed.  Secondly, they did the initial repairs in the rain which caused them to miss a broken head which was just pouring out water onto the sidewalk.  The price was not too bad, much better than another company who was out.  I would just have liked a little more attention to the details. <br /> They were apologetic about the things they missed, but obviously still charged full price for the repairs.  Overall, they were good, and I would use them again. <br />"

They were here aprox. 40 mins ($78 labor) ($52 for the first half hour then $26 per 15 minute sections after that first half hour .... kind of expensive if they are going to be there long) <br />"
