"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"Safe Pro Pest Control came out to install an automated mosquito spray unit in out yard. The work that was done installing the lines and misters was amazing. Unless you are looking for the line, you would never know that it is even on the fence. Even in the humid weather, we have not had mosquitos invading our yard. They have done a spectacular job."

"I have a horrible mosquito problem inside my home. Every technician that showed up for the last 4 months was not made aware that they were supposed to spray inside. I still have a horrible mosquito problem 4 months later and they are not willing to just cancel my service without a $400 service charge"
