"Everything went very well. I submitted 3 project requests and Metro Pest Control was the first one to call immediately (and the only one to respond). Free estimate was scheduled the next day and was professionally conducted. Detailed works were explained item by item. I thought the price was reasonable (compared to what my friend paid other company) and the description of the work to be done was thorough. All the works were completed the same day as promised and a follow up work to close the last hole the following week. When I thought I saw a squirrel was able to get back to the attic, Metro Pest Control immediately sent out the workers to inspect the problem. They assured me the squirrel did not make back in, but they went ahead put extra safeguard anyway. Highly recommended."

Unfortunately, the location could not be easily determined or accessed, but Vin spent a couple hours at the house crawling through the attics and examining the exterior of the home and doing everything possible. "I had the out to deal with a small animal burrow under my pier and beam house. The plan had been to add a one way gate/door to the burrow opening to force the critters out. When he inspected the den it was clearly abandoned. He offered to fill it with concrete, but I had him fill it back in with dirt mounds around it. All this and he only charged the diagnostic visit fee. The tech was polite and helpful."
