"Steve called me within 15 minutes of me placing my request to Angie's list - amazingly quick. He had KP out on a Sunday (even though I didn't need it) within a couple hours. KP tried to repair the bathtub valves on an old bathtub, but they continued to leak by. He replaced the kitchen faucet and sprayer (had it on hand in the truck). Couldn't diagnose the radiator. Steve called me back quickly when I sensed that I was unhappy about the price and explained that KP tried to fix the bathtub valves, but being old couldn't. He did charge for the time and gave me a slight break. We scheduled another appointment and Steve went out of his way to accommodate my schedule - excellent. This time he sent Steve L who turned out to be a real pro. He fixed the valves and helped with my radiator. Service was performed very well. I will call Atomic Rooter again, but will request Steve L. A bit expensive..."

"Dan was great, he showed up right at 9, our scheduled time. He came in and looked at the problem and thought of a couple ways to fix it. He replaced the broken pipe and we ran the water but the pipe was still clogged. He then unscrewed the fitting that he installed and ran a snake down the pipe to fix the problem. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.
