"From start to finish, Patriot Roofing performed brilliantly! Kraig Perry provided the original estimate, which proved to be fair, accurate, and was given without any kind of sales pressure or attempt to "upsell". The contract and financing options were also clear and detailed. When it came to the actual installation, Production Manager Larry Smith did an excellent job keeping us informed of minor delays, and helped coordinate de-confliction with an ongoing fence project. When the project began, Crew Chief Charlie proved to be a talented professional. He and his team worked hard, fast, and smart, and the results turned out even better than we expected. The day after the roof/insulation/vent work was completed, the gutter installation team arrived, and finished in one day. I didn't write down the names of the two-person crew who installed the custom gutters, but the two of them (a woman and a man) were also exceptionally professional and competent. Nicest looking and highest-quality gutters this home has ever had! All additions to the original contract price were clearly communicated; there were no surprises. There still are a couple of items remaining to be completed, most notably replacing the rusted furnace vent pipe, which will be handled by an HVAC specialist. One minor issue occurred when the water heater vent pipe was reinstalled; it was dislocated at the water heater, and so was venting directly into the laundry room. When my wife discovered this late on a Friday afternoon (of Labor Day weekend), I sent an email to the @customer-service address, and received a response by phone within 30 minutes. Steve Campbell promised that a repair would happen that evening. Even though no specialists were available, the Patriot Roofing Production Manager assigned to monitor final completion, Eberardo Alarcon, responded himself, evaluated the situation, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the vent pipe within a few minutes! It's this kind of customer service which distinguishes Patriot Roofing from its competition. Two very minor things for improvement: There were a bunch of roofing nails left on the driveway and dog kennel; (We did a thorough search after the roofing crew departed.) Also, we provided about 3/4 of a gallon of exterior house paint for the couple of new wooden eave vents, but the remaining paint hasn't been returned. We're going to need that to paint the replacement sheathing under the eaves, and/or do a color match. Aside from those very minor issues, we have only great things to say about Patriot Roofing; I've already recommended this company to several friends who are planning to re-roof this Fall."

"I hired Atlas roofing for my roof rework on two units. They were very professional and straight forward from the beginning (estimate) no sales pressure, no drama, very straight forward and presented the materials right. Pricing I feel was very fair / if not a steal after I saw how well of a job they did on my house. My only complaint was that my project manager went on vacation so there was some miscommunication with the details of my work but Berry handled it in a very professional manner and was very responsive in my communication with him. "After I purchased my little â Fixer-Upperâ , everyone that came to the house to fix things always made a comment about our roof. When we purchased this house we were told it was a â New Roofâ that has just been put on in March of 2020. When different workmen kept mentioning it, I finally listened and got qualified roofers over to get their opinionâ ¦..and when they agreed, I got bids on a new roof. I got four bids and one was from Temo with TJ Roofing LLC. He went up on the roof and when he came down he sat down with me and told me that I really had a major problem going on with my roof. His honest and caring discussion with pictures and a video of him lifting a corner of a shingle and pulling out a nail with his fingers lead me to choose his family-owned company to take care of my roof. His bid was very competitive to the other bids and very fair. It did not take long after they began to remove the shingles to see what was really wrong with the roof. Whomever had put on the new roof â just put on new shingles over really rotted wood and broken joists. The roof did not have enough vents and the two that were there were blocked and not installed correctly. Temoâ s team worked diligently and quickly and had the roof of the house and garage replaced correctly within 3 days. Their concern for doing a great job and respect for my property showed each and every very long day that they were here. They worked very late one day to be sure that the roof was sealed as we had heavy rain and winds in the middle of the job. I stopped counting on how many times these athletic men went up and down the ladder, lifting and carrying tools and equipment and throwing rotted plywood into their dumpster truck. The cleanup was as meticulous as the job that they did and they even matched the roof of the dog house to the house and garage. "Beware before you hire them. Their product is good, but their customer service and business process is horrible. Had I checked out the Better Business Bureau reviews beforehand I likely would not have gone with them. Our experience: When the 1st salesman Will Greer came out I was really impressed with his pitch and the quality of the product. As I told Will at the time DaBella was the first company to respond to our Home Advisor search, and did not have my 2nd bid scheduled until the following week. The initial bid seemed really high. He asked that I let him know when the second bid came in so he could to compete with it. Will maintained constant contact with me throughout the week. What I did not know at the time was that the other calls I got from DaBella that week were from another branch office of DaBella, and that their policy was to have someone else call if a contract was not signed the day of the initial contact. I got calls from someone I assumed was speaking for Will asking that follow up visits be rescheduled to accommodate training only to have someone else show up unannounced at our home. Arron, the salesman that did show up, had no knowledge or history of the communication I had with Will. Because I really liked the product compared to the other bid I got we ultimately signed with DaBella hoping things would go smoother. We have solar panels on our home that needed to be removed prior to the roof installation which was clearly stated in the contract we signed. Da Bella agreed they would coordinate the scheduling with our solar panel installers. We were told to expect the project to start in about two weeks. DaBella called 10 days later saying they had voided our contract *because they needed to close out their month-end billing*. He also said that DaBella did not do anything related to solar panels so I would need to handle the scheduling myself. I ended the call and immediately called Arron for help. He apologized, agreed that the contract should never have been canceled and that they were indeed responsible for coordinating the solar panel removal and reinstallation. He tried three times to send the contract to us electronically but due to software issues had to come out to the house again and have me sign it in person. I got a call the next day from Arron saying that the solar panels were scheduled to removed on Friday the 24th, and the roof install would start the following Tuesday the 28th. The panels were scheduled to be reinstalled on Friday the 28th. Our solar contractor came out as scheduled and removed the panels. But DaBella no-showed the date the roofing was scheduled to start. After no less than 4 calls I was finally able to talk to someone at DaBella that could give me an answer. Was told that they had yet completed the â buildâ on our roofing package and they â hopedâ to be able to get it done in a week or so. Frankly I was furious. Over the next 24 hours I spent hours making dozens of calls in an effort to get someone to fix the problem and ultimately talked to DaBellas corporate Head of Production. I explained everything we had been through and he was able to get the problem resolved,. I got a call the next morning saying they would be out the next day (Thurs) to start the project. I asked if they had called our solar panel installers and they assured me they had. Thurs they removed the old roof and left it partially uncovered. We had severe rain squalls overnight that caused damage to our ceiling. Friday morning our solar company called us saying they were 20 minutes out. DaBella has not called them to reschedule. They finished the roof that night and we found that 2 gutters had been damaged, one so severely it needs to be replaced. 5 days and 2 calls later they have not gotten back to us on how to get the repairs done."
