"I am the first owner of a newly built house. It came with a 5 year warranty. Northwest never contacted me during the first 4 years of the contract. And now 4 months before the contract expires they will not provide any service without signing another 5 year contract They want All your money up front, but do not do the services they are required to do yearly. Be careful of this company as they are not honest. Once they have your money, they will not provide any services. "
