The floor is beautiful, and the work they put into the whole process really shows. We did have a miscommunication at the outset when the installation crew didn't know that we wanted the old vinyl floor and subfloor removed, but that was resolved with a minor adjustment in cost, and the crew worked the extra day of labor into their schedule and finished on time. The installers also seem to have done a very nice job of taking care of some ugly squeaks and non-level places in the floor. When I called to follow up she said she had been leaving messages at a wrong phone number. So, it didn't get off to a great start. We decided to go ahead and purchase the carpet and picked our installation date. The installer arrived on time and did a good job. We plan on using them again in the Spring when we have additional carpet installed."

He showed us a great carpet and padding and gave us an unbeatable price!! He was very professional and friendly. There was some pet damage so he recommended to seal the floor with kilz.
