After several competitors couldn't fit me in for days, I called BFP and they got me on today's schedule, so I wouldn't be without water. Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."

"They did a good job and the workers were great the only issue i have is they didnt install a water shut off even though i had one in the old system and i wasn’t told the price i was given to do the job didnt include one until the end of the job i would have paid extra for it i had to change a water filter since the job was done and i have to go to the street to turn off the water if i have a busted line in winter and the box is covered in ice and snow how will i get the water off this is my only gripe about the work no full disclosure i was in a rush to get it fixed it was leaking bad they should disclosed that when the estimate was done its made me rethink using them in the future"

"I called because sink was overflowing and backing up into the dishwasher. I wanted to have my old/broken garbage disposal removed and drain pipe rerouted because it was no flowing downward as installed with a garbage disposal in place. The plumber advised removing it and redoing sink pipe to sink would cost more and assured me the draining issue would be fixed. 

Well, $735 later, my sink still backs up. It doesn't look like the water flowing uphill issue was addressed at all. Worst of all, that was an outrageous price for a new garbage disposal. I wouldn't have agreed to the price had I known the sink would still back up.

"Sean and his crew did an amazing job on a very tricky situation. We used him for several in side household plumbing jobs and when we were talking about my issues with my drainage on my house he said he could help. The builder did a terrible job with it and we were getting water inside the house. Sean set the plan to dig up, excavate the drainage lines and fix the problem. He communicated often through out the project and got it done ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Sean and his team for any indoor or outdoor plumbing or water issue."

"It could not have possibly gone better. The repair was done in no time and the cost was less than quoted. It doesn't get much better than that. I also want to add that somebody apparently was able to log in under my account and gave these people a rating of F and I want to apologize for that. It was not me and I would never give them a negative rating. As a matter of fact I just made an appointment with them to come and repair our washing machine so again I'm sorry for the problem. I have contacted Angie's List and asked them to remove it. For whatever reason they won't let you remove reviews yourself......which doesn't really make much sense to me but anyway...sorry for the mistake All Better Appliance LLC. "It ended up being a service call because the toilet was running and I couldn't figure out why.  So, the plumber fixed it.  He found out that the chain was not working.  He was on time.  He was very nice.  He was very professional.  He was good.  He said that if I needed anything else, he would take the service call charge off the next service.  I did have some other issues.  That was really nice.  The quality of service was good.  The price was nice; it wasn’t that expensive.  I had a friend who had a water-leaking problem two days ago and I recommended Advantage Plumbing."
