"Scott and his whole crew were amazing from start to finish! They came to give us an estimate quickly, they helped us order the tile, and they were able to schedule us within the month. The price was very competitive with other estimates we received. They seemed the most knowledgable and most willing to back up their work. We had them remove almost 1000 square feet of sand and finish hardwoods that were installed incorrectly by our home builder. They then installed tile for us in that entire area. The workers were respectful of our home and our time and the job was completed exactly in the time they promised. The floors look amazing and they guarantee their work for the life of the time we live in this home. We would hire them again in a heartbeat! After some unfortunate experiences with contractors, we are so happy to have found Installer Direct and to have had such a wonderful experience!"

"Tony Trujillo is a pro's pro with TONS of experience, and he's a great guy to boot! We engaged Tony to install LVP throughout our 3600 sq. ft. home. We had a mixture of carpeting and sheet vinyl on most of our floors. This was a really large job! To complicate matters, we were working with our builder to repair a couple of areas in our concrete slab before we could install our flooring. We started the flooring install, only to find a secondary area that needed to be addressed by our builder. Tony was beyond flexible and patiently waited along with us until the the slab was repaired. Once we were ready to continue the install, Tony was unbelievably accommodating and got his guys back in to finish the job so that the job was finished in time for Thanksgiving. I can't say enough how thankful we were (and are), and how much of an impact that made on my wife and me! Pricing was VERY reasonable, and we could NOT be happier with our result. "On the first phone call to the company, Olivia came out the next day and did the estimate and in my case wanted it done soon. We scheduled the project in less than a weeks time, The crew came promptly in the morning and spent about six hours completing the job. Jose had relocated a couple of the drain spouts differently that accents the house better. I few days later we had a heavy rainfall and I was singing out of the rain so to speak. "Kathy gave me advice on how to proceed which was what I was looking for. Our first conversation was on July 29th and the job was done on August 19. I was hoping to match my existing hardwood. However Kathy was upfront that this is very difficult to do as existing hard wood in my living/dining/kitchen is 15 years old and has aged. Kathy provided a sample that I agreed seemed to blend well. Now that the floors are installed, you can tell that it is different wood in the bedrooms, but I feel like Kathy was upfront about this. The floors in the bedroom are beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. I think once furniture is in and carpet are down the demarcation will be less noticeable."
