"German Roofing is a wonderful company. I was so scared to have someone come out to inspect our roof (you hear so many horror stories.) They were recommended to me via a friend. Manuel performed the inspection and showed us (via photos) all of the areas that had issues. He completed the estimate within a couple of days. The crew showed up when they said they would. They worked their butts off and completed the job within the time frame that was quoted to us. They cleaned up every day at the end of their work day and did an awesome job on the roof. The final payment was a bit more than the original quote, but was not a surprise due to the effective communication of the company. There are some items that cannot be finalized until all of the underlayment had been pulled off. I couldnt get an answer from anyone I talked to during the job. I paid the bill under duress under threat of a lien. The estimate was 11700 , the final bill came in at over 17000. I am in my 70s in poor health . I am having a hard time with this, Update, I received a letter today of notice of a lien."
