"The customer service was very friendly and informative. The plumber (Mike) did an excellent job replacing our 2 water heaters that were almost 11 years old. Our old gas water heater developed a leak. I also decided to have our electric water heater replaced at the same time since it was the same age. They did not pressure me to do that, but I thought it would be best to have it all done at the same time. Mike finished the job in about 5 hours which was very quick considering he did not have any assistance. We now have 2 new Rheem 50-gallon water heaters (one electric) (one gas).
