"Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. From the very start, the sales and contract process with Ryan was open and honest. They genuinely wanted to get the right roof solution versus just making another sale. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed.
