His job was a little (maybe a lot) more difficult because we tried to fix the oven ourselves. We took a lot of pieces apart, had many screws laying around but couldn t remember how to put it all back together. Tough job that most people would turn down! "Went amazing, Nick (highly recommend) came out to assess the situation on my 18 yr old (double drawer) dishwasher... he was careful not to break anything in the process, began trouble shooting parts, found out that likely due to heat and moisture of a dishwasher - the connector on one of the controller boards seems to not making good enough contact. He cleaned the connectors on both drawers before reassembly, and I had two fully working 18 yr old drawers on the spot with no new parts needed. Nick was also helpful to recommend brands that were less likely to see repair after purchase, I wasn't sure if I'd go with Fisher & Paykel again in the future - but I've had so few problems, and even now at 18 yrs the machines are working like new... so with Nick's insightful inputs, I'll probably upgrade to the latest Fisher/Paykel double-drawer model when I get to that point. I'm an engineer by trade, so I already know many of the likely appliance trades - and Nick of Sterling Appliance did a great job... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others, especially if you no idea about the appliances and need to trust the repair service. :) Nick did a wonderful job, explaining what his concerns were - and wasn't pushing a bunch of unnecessary alternatives... he was there to help me understand how to move forward."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Bk came out to look at the exhaust fan for the stove, worked on it, found the problem, let me know the cost of labor and the parts. He stayed in communication with me as the parts were being ordered and then when i had a problem with my dryer, as they came to fix they exhaust fan, they also took a look at the dryer. We hired them to fix this and clean it out and now it works better than before. He also gave me tips on how to keep the dishwasher clean/unclogged and the washer. We will definitely keep them in mind if we need help on anything else."

"Company was the first to respond to my initial inquiry and a consultation appointment was easily scheduled for a convenient time that was very soon. The two technicians arrived on the day scheduled and within the timeframe provided and were safely wearing masks and social distancing in my home. (All appointments/approximate arrivals/on-the-way communications were emailed, clear and correct.) The problem of the control panel not working was diagnosed as needing to be replaced and a follow-up appointment was scheduled after the part located and verified to be obtainable. A quote for the part and repair was given before they left my home. The oven is 15 years old and the lead technician assured me, correctly, that it was much more expensive to replace than to repair. Repair time was scheduled, they arrived on time and quickly replace the part, and I now have my beloved oven working again! I made a down payment of a little less than the cost of the part and repair at the end of the initial appointment and the balance when work was completed."
