"<p>Provider did not show up on time to the inspection. Inspection began at 0900. Inspector was sent to incorrect address by appointment booking, still in the near area - but wrong address. Inspector called me to get correct address. Showed up, conducted the inspection, provided personal feedback on results that were easy to understand.  So overall the inspection went well.</p> <p>To settle up, the fee was $175. The real estate agents were a little surprised, that was approximately 75% more than they typically observed for pest inspections. More typically they observe those same services operating in the ($85-$110) range. That was probably the biggest surprise factor of the inspection - the cost. Although quoted up front, being new to the Massachusetts area I had no framework with which to compare pricing as the previous two inspectors I called were booked and could not make the appointment time. I never got to cost with them.  Perhaps the lower cost is a factor in their being booked and Braman being available.  Anyway - the objective of a completed inspection was met.  I think in the future I might try a lower cost, licensed provider of the similar service.</p> <br />"

"The first part of the process was to place cylinders in the areas where the bats where coming and going from the house. These cylinders where made so that the bats could come out but could not get back in. As explained to me by the owner what I did not want to do was seal the bats in my house, but actually let them leave but prevent them from reentering once they flew out at night. The other issue I had was chimney caps, I only had one on out of three chimneys capped and the one that was capped did not have screening to prevent animals, bats or bird from flying down the chimneys. After capping the chimneys, the cylinders where placed the next step was to just wait a week to make sure all the bats where out of the house before removing the cylinders and sealing the point of entry. Before the work was done I had a total of ten bats in my house, five each year for two years in a row. I have not been bothered with any since the completion of the work. The owner was always professional, prompt and courteous and answered any questions or concerns I had in detail. The work performed was of top quality, I would recommend this company to family and friends. I am not sure who or what I would have done if I had not stumbled across this company, I was afraid to sleep in my own home. Now I can sleep assured I will not wake to find a bat hovering around the inside of my home."
