"Grant and his team did a great job.  Reece and Justin were the two who did the actual install/repair/re-installation of the flooring with Grant's oversight.  Grant was punctual with his timing on his estimate and the actual cost was what was agreed upon for the job. I will hire on as a sub-contractor with reputable builders. Terms: You pay for materials, I am paid weekly for hours worked. $25-35 hr depending on location and type of work. I generally don't work by the bid but I do give you an estimated total beforehand.
