Not only was the work done to absolute perfection, but the precautions to keep everyone safe, the workmanship, the communication, and flexibility was outstanding. Duane was in constant communication with me on problems and adjustments that had to be made during the entire project. We all know that once you start taking apart a 30 year old home, you will find surprises that can be stressful. The beauty of this contractor is that he never painted a grim picture and always provided a solution that was detailed, made sense and offered me the security that any underlying issues would be fixed. His on-site project manager came with skills to address my vision. Dobson took control of the site and brought great ideas based on the current state of my home and his vast experience and commitment to customer satisfaction. Mid-stream into the project, we decided that a frame around a window was not exactly how we had pictured it. This was after the siding had been completed on that side of the house however, even though there was going to be a fair amount of work to remove the siding and frame the window the way we wanted it, Dobson did not hesitate to accommodate our vision. Each day the work area was cleaned and safe enough to let my dog and family enjoy the front and backyards. The end result of his efforts are nothing less than stellar!
