The Raven tech described how he was going to dust the entry point and follow-up 2 weeks later to remove the siding to see where the bees were nesting in the house. However, as it turns out, the tech did follow-up but did not remove the siding as promised. A call to the Raven Office informed me that it is Raven's policy not to remove the siding. After the follow-up visit by Raven, we continued to have bees in the house. I insisted that the procedure of removing the siding to check on the bee nest, as promised, be performed. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
