Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. He is clearly an expert in his trade."

He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. So in total, we had everything fixed within 10 days of our first call. Hugh also gave us pictures of all the repairs, walking us through what he and his team accomplished. Their innovated threshold design should protect from damage for years and the new front door looks great and operates perfectly. They also did an amazing job replacing an old sliding glass patio door with a real single hinged door with windows. It looks so much better than a slider and the new installation was expertly insatlled."

"Great experience with RIBA from start to finish. After looking as several choices I worked with Rich determining the type of windows that i needed which would work best within my budget. I had several choices of trim and Rich helped me decide the best color that would accent my brick home. I was given a date to expect delivery and installation. Because rain was foretasted and potentially would push the installation, RIBA worked with me to store the windows in a more convenient location in my back yard where they would be out of my way. Rich assured me that his crews are very trustworthy; since I couldn't be home on the day of installation, I really had no choice. RIBA is bonded & insured. When I returned home all of the windows were in place. I noticed shoes by the door; they took them off as not to mar or soil my hardwood floors & carpet. I didn't ask. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right.
