I canceled all my appts and was ready and waiting for them to arrive. No call no show. Only after I called dis I learn that the installer was done for the day and my job got pushed to yet another two days away. The corporate office person was very dismissive as well as the project manager. Pierre palazzo was very disrespectful and talked to me as if I were his child. I am very upset and disappointed and dissatisfied. I have had to take a bath for the last 3 months. No glass. "

"Unique Bath did a renovation of our guest bathroom and, while the job was performed in a timely and, generally, acceptable manner, they have been unresponsive to multiple communications after the job was completed and paid in full. The project required some sheet rock work, because a smaller medicine cabinet was installed, which was done poorly. We did not see the extent of the problem until after we repainted the wall a week after the project was completed. Unique has not responded to our complaint. Overall, the renovations were done to our specifications but the failure to be responsive after the fact and speak to us to assess the problem and correct the poorly installed sheetrock is troubling."
