The last day they installed some lower trim plastic molding to neatly tie in the walls, and then even gave me a hand moving some of my bigger stuff back in the garage. "We had several wide and narrow cracks in a 15 year old driveway, which they filled and sealed neatly. The seal coat material was put down in a clean and professional manner. There was no splash or spill on the surrounding concrete garage aprons or stone block, or on the grass. They left no footprints in the seal coat and took away all debris. Just a really clean job. We had an issue with an unexpected storm washing away some uncured material in a small heavily shaded area a couple of days later. They came back and recoated the area. The job came out great. The company is responsive to phone and text messages, and they arrive on time. Overall a good experience."

"Mr. Roco showed up with his team ready to work hard. He worked 6 days a week. The outside company we hired to providing the milling of the historic window trim got behind on their orders. Mr. Roca took advantage of this three-week delay, and got in the room and painted and did everything he could while we waited on the trim to be made. When the trim arrived, in one day he finished up. Painting was completed. They also spent another half day doing a thorough clean up job.  There was not a speck of paint. 
Mr. Roca is an excellent contractor. His team is professional, highly skilled, responsive, careful, and neat.  They are real perfectionist. The mitered corners were skillfully completed. The floor and ceiling beautiful, and the paint job was perfect.  The sidewalk and apron paving was also perfect. 
Their work on our sidewalk and aprons was so well done - that five of our neighbors hired them as well to re-do their sidewalks too. Now we have a whole block of beautiful sidewalks. 
 Mr. Roca's team are also very friendly and quiet. They tidied up each evening.  They have good work ethics and show up on time. They did not rush the work and as a result and most importantly, their work product was excellent too.  
I highly recommend this contractor.  We will definitely be hiring them again for future projects.

"Me and my husband decided to use A1 painting after considering several other offers. Our initial meeting with jade the owner went very well. I felt very comfortable with her, and I personally liked the fact that it was a female owned business. I was also sold on the fact that she had a solid time line in mind, and exactly what it would take to get the job done. She wasn't pushy about colors and style. She actually sent us to the paint store that she uses and had us speak to a paint expert to help us with our color decision. In the end we actually chose our own color scheme, but it was nice to have someone to guide us. Now, lets fast forward to the completed job. The house took a little longer than initially discussed. But to be fair our house was very old and the siding was very dry so it took more paint than was anticipated. They also made some repairs and repainted the deck which came out great. We kept our original color for the deck. Jade also made us acquainted with her husband who has his own business as well. He did molding around our back door and windows, which also came out great. In conclusion, there were some hiccups along the way, but Jade was quickly available to deal with any and all issues. We had her direct number and she responded immediately with a resolution to the problem. The house came out looking great, and Her work came with a warranty. I would definitely recommend A1 Painting ."

"Bryan and his men did great work. Bryan had the correct saw on hand, took down the regulation post which was set in concrete - carefully disposing of the backboard and hardware. They cleared the hole in the ground and leveled the surrounding surface. All I had to do was fill it with top soil."
