I really appreciated how the representative took time to check with his manager to ensure I was given the lower amount. I received a call to set up the appointment but I didn't answer right away because I did not recognize the caller. I returned the call but the person answering did not have information about who had called me. However, the person who I have first been in contacted got in touch with me and all issues were resolved. The invoice bill did arrive in the mail and the wrong amount was written. But the person who I was communicating via Angie list made sure everything was corrected. This should me that the company will take steps to make sure their customers are treated with the most highly respect and professionalism. Orlando called before he came and was very pleasant and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hornets. He explained about the difference kinds and their behavior habits. Hopefully, the hornets will not come back and if they do I will not hesitate to hire Pointe Pest control again."

"Todd/Delsea is the most upstanding, honest, competent, professional exterminator or service contractor of any kind that I have ever encountered. We were told by another group that we had bed bugs. Todd/Delsea was scheduled to treat my house for $2,000. Prior to treating, he thoroughly inspected all furniture and fabrics in the house again and advised that we did not have bed bugs, despite our readiness to pay him $2,000 to treat the house. Most others would have said we are safer getting the treatment (knowing we don't need it) or making up a sighting of a bug carcass or the like, but Todd/Delsea was honest.
