"We were so impressed with their service beginning with the estimate, which was way below two other estimates that did not include prevention measures such as the gutter system they installed above the door where the water was coming in. They identified the problem immediately and recommended a couple of options and actually suggested the cheaper option would be just as effective as the more expensive. They replaced the wood floor in our laundry room with a rubber floor looks exactly like the old floor and matched up almost perfectly. They were genuinely interested in our total satisfaction, which is rare today. They also do many other home services in addition to floors and we WILL be calling them again. I was concern that the floor was going to take 2 1/2 days but they completed not just in one day but he was also able to do it on the 24 Dec which worked perfect for me becouse I didn’t have to take additional days off from work.
