"I would rate them higher than 5 stars if that was an option. Trey and Mitch came out to do an estimate and put a temporary patch to cover the hole in the roof without delay. The hole was right over my disabled sonâ s bedroom and we had been getting a lot of rain; a large part of the ceiling had fallen in on his bed. They carefully inspected our roof - it was bery bad and we knew it - went over our options and presented their recommendations . They helped us find financing and went way above and beyond our expectations to make sure our roof was replaced quickly and efficiently, and with excellence. The whole neighborhood turned out to watch the roof replacement. Their team was impressive. They worked amazingly fast, and when they were finished they left no debris behind. The job site was so clean the only sign they were ever there was the new roof, which is beautiful! We have since had a couple of bad storms and, I failed to mention, there are three huge oak trees looming over our house. Several good sized branches came down and hit the roof and the roof kept us safe, secure and dry. We are so grateful to RoofElite. I would not hesitate to hire them for any roofing job, repair or replacement, and they do all types but specialize in metal. They are true pros!"

"From the sales rep Duane to the last day of the project, things went GREAT. the CREWS WERE TIMELY, POLITE, CLEAN AND MORE IMPORTANTLY REAL CRAFTSMEN. At the beginning, the sales rep walked the entire property. This was unlike the other companies we called out who looked just at the front. The old tile was removed, nothing on the property was damaged , the old wood was replaced ( even was given a discount on some wood decking ) We even added a modification to the project after it began and that was dealt with .The tile manufacturer even came out to the project to help us pick out the right color tile for our roof. The roof looks GREAT. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY UNTIL after the project, loved that. With all of the bad construction companies out there, this provided us security to know we didn't have to pay until after the project was complete.This company was a pleasure to deal with, they said they were going to do something and they did. "Jeff Thrasher came out and inspected our roof. He said the two small shingles that had fallen off were cosmetic in nature, no one would see them from ground level, and no structural issues would occur by not replacing them. So we didn't and he didn't charge for the advice and review. We would definitely use them again if we have a roofing issue."

"Westfall Roofing just completed total replacement of my tile roof. I could not have been happier from the initial sales discussions and contract initiation to the completion of the project. Everyone I encountered listened to my concerns and expectations and followed through accordingly. Each team showed up at their scheduled time. The various teams that worked on the project were all very professional and pleasant. The scheduler kept me in the loop for each step of the project; the tear off team and installation team cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day of work. It was particularly impressive to watch the installation team sit on the curb across from the house at the end of their first day of installation and admire their work. (Think about it – the street view looks much different than the roof view where they work.) They had every reason to take great pride in the work they did. I highly recommend Westfall."
