Brian brought in a heavy duty brass valve replacement and skillfully removed the old valve and installed the new one. He cut and replaced nearby pipes as needed and offered suggestions on keeping our hot water heater in service a little longer. He did a surpurb job. Really a skilled plumber."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. "Matthew from Drimaxx was awesome!  He was very informative and kept my mind at ease during a difficult situation.  Remediation work was performed in a timely manner and was done correctly.  Air quality testing was also done to verify that remediation was compeltely correctly.  MAtthew followed up on completion of project and made sure that we were satisifed.  Very good experience overall.  I would reccomend this company to anyone who needs remediation work done.

"The advertisement/special was for 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. At best, serviceman cleaned approx 500 ft. There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning."
