He was very polite when he came in. They came out right away. I called to find out when they were going to back out and they said they would call me back. The service guy came out really late. His primary purpose of coming out was to sell me a very expensive plan. If you're ready to spend $100's of dollars in pest control then I would recommend them. They will do the trap and get the squirrels out. I had to insist on it. They did bring the equipment and got rid of him. It was a good price. I would not use them again."
