The explanation Matthew gave me was one that I have heard before about our water being so hard in Brooklyn Park. The water is so hard that it corrodes the plumbing equipment shortening the life span. Anyway, I was unable to pay right away so Erik came out on Friday to do the installation. The other company who returned my call the next day could not come until the next week and quoted me a price twice as much. Tony was very busy but upon understanding my predicament came to my home ahead of a project he was involved in and was here the next morning and efficiently repaired it and only charged fifteen over quote as a different pipe was needed than how I had described it on the phone and he had to go and get it at a warehouse - only charged me the difference in price not for the extra trip to get it. A good honest dependable plumber. What more could you ask for? Will be hiring Tony again-he s ggrrreat!!!"

"Everyone was very accommodating on short notice. The work was done well and the plumber was trustworthy and nice. B&D offered to clean our pipes either by snake or pressured water. We chose to have our pipes cleaned with pressured water, which was more expensive, but we wanted to make sure that the pipes were completely clear to avoid the hassle of needing a plumber again soon."
