"I had a new garbage disposal added and replaced a kitchen faucet and replaced or fixed a leaky pipe as well as replacing 2 Pop ups in 2 bathroom sinks. The bill came to $1372 for just under 4 hours of work. We already paid for the kitchen faucet, so the price included the new garbage disposal which was around $300. I think he may have provided a pipe or two.. The price seemed pretty steep considering he honored a $30 Angie's list cupon. The plumber was very friendly and seemed very competent. They were on time."

"The two men showed up on time. They spent less than five minutes analyzing the problem. They explained the charges and the new membership plans offered by Benjamine Franklin. We joined after which they spent approximately twenty minutes completing the repairs. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. We are pleased with the results! Joe M."
