"The plumber told me that in order to put the collars on the house he would need to take out some of the stucco to get to the water pipes. He said the hole would be approx the size of the bottom of a 2 liter coke bottle, it was actually a little smaller. He also said that in this charge of 340.00 it would include patching the stucco to make it look as close to the original as possible. 
After the work was finished he told my wife that he was through and she pointed out the holes in the side of the house below each faucet, he stated that I should probably fill them with something. She said that she wanted them filled so he went to the hardware store and purchased a can of spray foam to fill them with.
I spoke to him after I arrived and told him I wanted the stucco put in the holes, he said he would come back the next day and do that. I also asked him to bring a cap for the sewer clean out and a flapper for the toilet that wasn't working properly. He completed the work the next day and gave my wife a bill for 140.00 for the work. The largest portion of the work was supposed to be included in the original price. He would not acknowledge that he had told each of us originally that he would fill these holes with stucco after doing the work.

"The two young men arrived promptly and identified the problem. The leak was not in the wall as we thought, but in the sub floor. They suggested another company to identify the exact location of the leak. As soon as the leak was identified, the Marotta workers came back and had the leak fixed in about an hour. Then, they cleaned up after themselves. I hope I never have to see them again, but if the need arises I will definitely call this company.
I actually had two other companies come in for estimates. i selected Marotta because they explained exactly what the problem was and what would be required to fix it. The also told me how much the company would charge to find the leak along with their charge.
