"Sometimes you find excellence in service with companies.I have had AC systems serviced and replaced and plumbing repairs and replacements from Red Cap. The AC techs and plumbers have experience and work until the job is completed. At the end of service they give a detailed explanation and show you the issues before and after. They are customer service oriented in all communication, and a pleasant team of people. They respond quickly. We have used them multiple times and will continue to use Red Cap for our service needs. Each employee is a genuine hard working person who enjoys what they do. They communicate with the superiors and get assistance when needed as a team of professionals."

"We have been trying to repair the drain lines inside and outside of our son's rental house without going broke and Adrian and his crews took one step at a time trying to save us money but doing all the repairs we needed. It ended up we also had to re-do the under-the-house-pipes and Gulfshore did it without much damage to the floors and walls and have been wonderful during this pains-taking event. Their crew even tunneled under the bathtub rather than tearing it out. I was amazed. They have been very patient with us and we are still working on finishing up this project. They have finished their part except they are awaiting us to finish up the re-tiling and drywall repair so they can put back the sink and toilet. "completed the request for a plumber. Had a telephone response from owner, David within 5-10 minutes. Explained what we wanted, which was removal of an old Hot Water Heater and replacement with a new water heater. An appointment was scheduled for the next day at 11:30am. David called next day, Sunday morning, to confirm the appointment and stated he would be able to come earlier. Upon his arrival, he assessed the issue and recommended the brand, the size and provided an immediate estimate. David was more reasonable than any of the other five companies contacted, including Lowe's and Home Depot! This owner was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. My husband is tougher on professionals than anyone out there. But, David won him over! You will not be disappointed with Day or Night Plumbing. We would definitely use David for any plumbing needs. We have used the professionals from Home Advisor several times and have not been disappointed to date. Good job David!"
