Rooter companies who came out and  unclogged the drains  but that did not last long.  Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with. They took time to explain what they were doing each day.    It has been about two months since the work was done and we have had no further problems with our drains. We are very satisfied and are sure to use Bob and Marc's again in the future.

"Exceptional Service from Ryan, Hayley, and Julio! I recently contacted Hammer Plumbing for a 2nd opinion after S&G Pumping told me that my septic tank needed to be replaced for $8000 to $9000. I opted to get a 2nd opinion from Hammer Plumbing. The gentleman who answer the office line, quickly set up an inspection at NO CHARGE to verify the other companies findings and provide me an estimate. Ryan contacted me about my upcoming appointment and went over what he was going to do for the inspection. He went out to my home and verified that the septic system in fact DID NOT need to be replaced. It is an unusual style tank but only a minor repair and re-certification, was all that was needed. I was sent a clear estimate of costs and scheduling was easy. Hayley got me in right away to get the work completed. Julio came out and performed the repair and recertification of the septic system. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity of Hammer Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone."

"Brian and Anthony were outstanding.. I was told by another vendor that I needed to replace my water heater at the cost of $2800. Brian and Anthony took the time to inspect and troubleshoot and fixed it! They saved me a ton of money! While they were there, they also fixed an issue with my gas fireplace. I am now safe from gas leaks and I have hot water again. Brian and Anthony are not only skilled but also trustworthy. "I gave them a 4 because I thought the price was high at just less than $500 to replace the sliding rollers and nothing else. The doors work great now. Our neighbor referred them and he had already had 3 different quotes for his doors and this company was the lowest. The neighbor had replaced the glass on his doors so we could not compare apples to apples. I would think $120 a door would be suffice since all sliding doors have basically the same technologly. "The foundation inspector came earlier than the appointment time that was scheduled and only gave me 15-20 minutes notice. While other people would appreciate that I do not like to be caught off guard like that. He was very knowledgeable and performed a detailed inspection and provided me with a quote for foundation improvements. He also recommended gutters and helped me to design a cost effective gutter system which he was going to relay to his gutter company. This was impressive. But when I scheduled the gutter inspection the gutter guy did not even show up or call to cancel. i let the Foundation inspector know about this and he did not respond. I was very unimpressed with the fact that he did not respond or acknowledge his gutter inspector's mistake. While the Foundation inspector was very knowledge and professional, I would not recommend services from his company due to their lack of responsiveness.

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
