"Start to finish a great company to work with. Jeff came out after I called the main office and provided a no-pressure / no-upsell proposal. Jeff helped work with our insurance adjustor to correct errors in the adjustor's estimate for the re-roof. The crew arrived on the scheduled day with everything they needed to do the job. They protected our deck, planters, air conditioner, etc with tarps to prevent damage during the re-roof. The crew had the old roofing stripped-off and replaced with new shingles in less than 8 hours. Clean-up was immaculate. The only way you could tell that they had been there at the end of the day was the beautiful new roofing. Dealing with Veronica in the office was also very pleasant. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience."

In 2023, JK installed a new roof on the same home. They stripped 2 layers of roof and install the new roof in one day. They decided my chimney was too wide and needed a saddle which they constructed at no cost. In between my two jobs, I recommended JK to my daughter. They installed new siding and a roof. "I had my entire roof and gutters replaced. Home Genius did a great job under what could only be considered unprecedented circumstances. Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. The roof and gutters look great and I get compliments regularly on it."

I had estimates from 4 different roofing/home improvement companies to which I had been referred.  From my first contact with Mike Beaty of Rapid Home Improvement, I knew this was the company I wanted to use.  Mike Beaty promptly returned my first phone call and came to my house on time to look at my roof on the date we agreed upon.  He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.  He took as much time as I needed to help me understand his recommendations.  He went up on my roof and took pictures to show me where there were holes and shingles missing.  He sent me a very detailed estimate the next day.  He answered all my questions while waiting for me to decide who to use for this job.  He provided references upon request and answered any follow up questions I had.  We negotiated a price for the job that was satisfactory to us both.  His workers showed up on time on the agreed upon start date. The new roof and skylights were installed over 2 days without incident.  The workers cleaned up my property well and nothing was damaged.  One of the solar shades on one of the skylights was not aligned properly.  The worker who was in charge of this part of the job very pleasantly solved the problem once I brought it to his attention.  Mike Beaty followed up in person to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied.  We were very satisfied and have had no problems with the new roof or skylights. <br />"
