"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. We wanted to retile just the one wall and also the floor but leave the other 3 walls intact which included not only the tile walls but granite ledges and glass enclosures. Not only was George’s price reasonable compared to the others, he also said he could protect the other 3 walls which he did without issue. George is a really hard worker—he starts on time every day and goes right to work. He’s also extremely neat and detail oriented. For example, he looked at pics he took for the job and figured out the best way to do things then discussed his plan with me before he started the work. We absolutely love the end result.
