"Jeff, & Tim are the people to call, especially if you need a bat exclusion done. They made sure every single bat was gone before they collected the final payment even though it meant coming out 4 to 5 times. They were very fair with the pricing, especially since bat exclusion is very expensive. They explained the process in great detail, so much so that it made us realize that the other company who quoted us would have illegally removed the bats, keep in mind they’re federally protected, & we the home owners could have gotten in trouble. I would recommend them to anyone who needs animal removal. Their warranty was such a good deal we even signed up for pest services. "I had a family of possums coming into my patio from a garden I have on the patio. Scott came out and put 4 traps out two inside and 2 outside of the patio enclosure. On the 3rd day we had caught the possums mother and babies. I called and Scott came out that morning to get the traps. he put two more on the patio to make sure we had all of them, we did since I haven't seen any since. He did not need to drill holes under the concrete slabs as he was able to remove the plugs that were in the holes when the property was originally treated. He needed to borrow my watering hose as his was not long enough to make it all around the property, but rolled it up neatly when he was finished.
