They did say we have a rodent problem in attic and the attic needs to be cleaned and entry points on roof and other areas need to be closed.I accepted their bid and work commenced the next day. The first they did was to clean attic.It took 1 technician no more 2 hrs and the charge for this was $1700 and a sanitization fee of $216.At this point I thought the charge was outrageous. The technician then continued with the project. I called Kane, the same day , to discuss this on how I felt the charge was inflated. He told me I accepted and signed the contract and he could not adjust. I also got charged $199 for ectoparisite cleaning on area where bat perched.It took the technician a few minutes to spray agent on wall and wipe with a cloth. Again , I thought this charge was inflated. My issue is that the charges are too high. Too steep."
