He listened to the symptoms and my assessment of the problem, explored my basement with me and then investigated outside as well. He was very knowledgeable talking about what it could be, what he's seen and knew exactly what to ask and where to look to uncover the problem. He diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution and plan right away. He came the next day to rod out my sewer which was the core fix and did a great job and scoped the line before and after to show me the difference it made. Don did the work himself, he was courteous, easy to communicate with and work with, and highly effective at solving my problem. 5 stars! I'd recommend Don to anyone for what he does."

"I wish all the contractors on this basement project were as good to deal with as Family Waterproofing. Throughout the whole process, communication was good. Ken the owner was responsive and patient in answering all my questions and addressing concerns. They prepared a detailed contract of all work to be performed, and did what they said they would. I like that they did an exploratory dig after signing the contract to make sure we had a solid plan and avoid any surprises during installation. There was an area under the basement stairs and an old cistern that required a creative solution. They came up with a solid plan that didn't add extra cost. I asked them to pour some extra concrete under the stairs which wasn't included in the contract, which they did for a good price. The crew was friendly and had a good natured camaraderie on the job. The overall cost was very fair and we received great service and quality. They are honest, care about their customers and want you to be happy. Now I'm looking forward to a big rain!"
